Funding of this museum is from our Friends, our Corporate Friends and, as of the 2011 season, through an entrance fee. Although the building belongs to the National Trust, the Museum is run as a Registered Charity by The Axbridge and District Museum Trust – a group of dedicated local volunteers. The management team & our Custodians are generous with their time & expertise.
What enables us to continue to run the museum, procure relevant artefacts is the generosity of the our visitors, Friends & the general public.
Any donation you can make to help us keep the museum open would be gratefully received. This can by sending a cheque to our Treasurer at the address below.
We welcome those that are able to make a regular donation, however they might like to consider joining our Friends of King Johns Hunting Lodge. Please use the ‘Friends‘ link for more information.
